Michael and the rest of the front desk staff was great. Great location. Very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very big and clean. The food was great. I highly recommend this location. I can't wait to go back.
Very nice room! Would’ve been nice if we were able to sleep. Noise from the roof (on the seventh floor) kept us up all night (writing this at 430 an with no sleep:) very nice place just don’t get the seventh floor if you need a wink of sleep! Hoping it stops or I happen to get a wink of sleep before my three hour drive tomorrow.
The front desk receptionists are amazing and will welcome you with open arms upon checking in. I loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant next door so you don't have to leave the hotel to order food. The rooms overlooking the waterfront have amazing views and are are super comfortable and clean! However, with the ongoing pandemic and COVID-19 restrictions, I didn't enjoy my visit to the fullest extent. I'm sure once things return to normal, things will ease up on the property, but everything here seemed to be micromanaged and I'm not a huge fan of that. I'd recommend calling the other hotels in the area to get the rules and regulations before booking. This could literally make or break your trip.
Fresh, clean and new hotel. I felt that the room we had with a special view was a little overrated but still nice. The staff is friendly and courteous.
My family and I had the best stay at the Hyatt Labor Day weekend. We received the best customer service from Ms Lawson she made our entire weekend pleasant. The hotel was clean, nice location and my husband and I had a beautiful view over looking the Potomac. We stayed at several other near by hotels and this one by far in my opinion is the best one. We want to wish Ms Lawson good luck and I hope her trained staff has the exact same EXCELLENT customer service as she provided. Good luck Ms Lawson on your endeavors.
