Very spacious, clean rooms. Very friendly staff and good to-go breakfast.
Two of your staff need hospitality training. I am a veteran. I served in Desert Storm. I was on the phone with the Alexandria Police department and a employee walked into my room without knocking and asked me if I was on a 911 call. I told her yes. She asked me if I was ok. (Not her business.) She then accused me of smoking in the room. vfw.org
Mice and roches in my room. A coworker had the same problem in his room. I will never stay here or will my company ever let someone stay at this Hotel. The 7-11 around the corner was much more enjoyable than my stay here!
I needed a place that wasn't too expensive during my move and for the price this is a very nice hotel. Rebecca was very polite and attentive to everything I asked of her, and that really made my stay here stand out. The beds were very comfy and they are taking a lot of precautions for covid which is so important. Would recommend to any friends passing through the area.
I stayed here for past 3,4 months every weekend and this last week I asked if I can check out at 3pm even offered to pay something extra but they said NO i have to pay full night! As a returning customer thats unexeptable plus hotel was empty and morning lady was even rude about it when I said other hotel let me stay without a charge, she said go stay at those hotels!!! She is in wrong business as I work at customer service myself! Just sad overall
