Affordable Corporate Suites - Roanoke

Recently had a two week stay while in the area. I discovered the suites online searching for budget friendly lodging. I was so very pleased! It was nicely decorated, roomy and spotlessly clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The area was very quiet and I felt very safe there as a female traveling alone. I believe it was an incredible value and definitely recommend!

Extremely dirty!! There were countless roaches and when I complained, the landlord was dismissive and rude. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

Spent a week due to having our floors refinished. Excellent customer service, very friendly. Took care of any needs, excellent location. Very quiet and great atmosphere. Price very agreeable, completely furnished. Highly recommend with 5 Stars

One of the worst experiences of places to stay! The Affordable Corporate Suites on Florist Road in Roanoke, Virginia was awful!nTiny room, expensive, walls so thin you can hear every sound from next room and above. People coughing and talkingnCould hear their TV's, water running, toilets flushing, bed's squeaking, doors slamming and anything else neighbors were doing.nPlus, outside siren's and planes flying overhead.nThe studio rooms are so small we bumped into each other and the walls and doorknobs just walking around.nTiny kitchen with half size fridge and stove.nThe one contact had with the owner, Lance was to find he was an obnoxious, overbearing bully who started yelling, his face turned red and there was actual spittle on his lips when he threatened us! Not a good way to run a business! The property manager, Oona just stood there watching! She was barely competent at her job.nShower collected water over ankles in just a few seconds and the toilet was too low to the ground, water level in it too low and moved when you sat down!nFree internet and cable TV but Frequently quit working. Very annoying.nDrawers stick on dresser and don't close all the way.nDVD player doesn't work properly.nThe one good person was Tonie the housekeeper. She was pleasant, quick, competent and kept the place clean weekly.nA very unpleasant place to stay!nNot worth the money as there are much better places to stay in Roanoke!nSave your money and go elsewhere!!!
