The general manager who happened to be working was absolutely wonderful. After a3 hour crawl in traffic fire to 3 cat crash to she understood or needs and showed compassion and understanding. Highly recommend this hotel.
Staff was nice at desk checking in that late, but my room had a bad smell and bedding sheets looked unchanged. I slept in my sleeping bag & used my own pillow. That close to I81 you would think the doors would be a good frame fit -Not- so, you will hear all the outside noise all night long. Staff at the desk in the morning was great too! Really need to get some good cleaning staff > 4 Stars for Staff Only
Staff is friendly and nice, hotel is standard, however it was obvious they didn't clean my room before I came in here. There was still trash from the last person. Even the seats and tables hadn't been wiped down. Zero effort to clean the room from the last person. That's pretty intense neglect in covid times.
Excellent hotel and courteous hotel clerk and the cleaning lady was friendly and didn't rush me to check out.
Nice people. Very quiet. Rooms are nice.
