Another HI hidden gem. I arrived very late at night. VERY FOCUSED ON SAFETY COVID. Check in was seamless. Quiet and comfortable room. Morning breakfast was awesome. They were super nice. Great job HI Troutville
About what you'd expect for a holiday Inn express.nClean, comfortable yes - which is the most important thing.nnHOWEVER - the walls did nothing to keep out the noise of the children staying on my floor, and the floor above me.nnAlso they're still operating breakfast grab bags which I'm just so sick of and so no real food options here which is a shame.
Great place for no frills business travelers - Rooms are spacious! Veggie egg white omelet for breakfast was great!
Friendly staff, very clean, absolutely would recommend. For the extra few dollars over other chain hotels it was clean comfortable and I felt safe staying there, no shady activity.
The beds were the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Rooms were clean & furnished with everything needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restful atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
