Although the location is incredibly convenient, the service has proven spotty, with items requiring re-cleaning at pickup, and pants and jackets pressed out of crease (which then had to be steamed out at home prior to wearing). The final straw was a suit jacket that was brought back in to address a stain acquired during it's last cleaners visit, which was then damaged by the cleaner as they attempted to remove the stain. When this was brought to the owner's attention, he became aggressive and defensive, denying any responsibility, and refusing to do anything to address the damage to the suit jacket or improve the situation overall, leaving me with a 3yo, $1200 suit which is no longer usable.nnBottom line, if you value your clothing and time, stay away. There are many more professional and superior alternatives within a 2-3 mile radius of this shop.
