I bought food and water at the store one night, and when I tried to sit down and enjoy my food, the rude Indian clerk told me to get out. I even suspected that I had misheard him and asked him to repeat it. Instead, he told me that only paying guests could stay inside. WTF is that! I have been to countless convenience stores have never met such unreasonable requirements! I was so angry that I threw the unpackaged food and water I just bought into the trash can in front of him and told him that your attitude would cost you a lot of business. But I think I made a mistake, I should have opened the package, because I don't know if he will pick them up and sell them to other customers, who knows?

Employee who is a racist Indian national working in 8040 Plantation Rd. Roanoke VA 24019. This incident happens in morning of Friday at 5:30 AM. You can review the CCTV if you have. While we're waiting the rescue from our insurance because our car has problem, we went inside the store to buy some drinks and my wife buy a hot dog and this Indian racist guy told to my wife not to buy the food so we only buy a drinks. In addition to that we stay there to wait the technician to fix our vehicle, And this Indian national racist tell us to leave because we're an Asian so I talk to him nicely to give us consideration, but he refused. Having said that, I hope you will take an action of this incident and train your employee of proper training to act professionally.

Card reader at pumps do not work. Terrible coffee and disgusting restrooms. I paid for the coffee with a $5 bill and the guy says “that’s it?” and stares me down while he gives me change. Go to the Exxon. Their gas was 10 cents cheaper.

They're set up well as a convenience store inside with good coffee choices and tea and Other drinks plus all the regular convenience store junk. My biggest complaint is the card readers on the pumps never seem to work forcing you to go inside.
