I work in retail, so I know some people worry about getting stuck with a pushy salesman trying to hit numbers, and not trying to up sell.nnBut, Mark was amazing to work with.nnI pretty much told him what I was interested in, what my price point was and he went to work. He did a terrific job at making sure I was taken care of, and he went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. I know, it sounds really cliché... But the man is great at his job. Not only did I leave with the perfect car for me, but getting to that point was a breeze.nnI was really iffy about buying a car from Enterprise, and I wasn't exactly sure what I really wanted (except a Camaro, went with a Charger instead). He was patient with me, and went extremely out of his way to make sure not only that I was finding something I'd love, but making sure that it really was the perfect car for me.

I have used this location MANY times and have in the past always been satisfied. However, this time not so much. I went by in person to arrange my rental. I DID NOT take the vehicle which was I stated to the associate. I picked the vehicle up at closing...so WHY was I charged for TWO days of rental?? I returned thr vehicle at closing the next day. I also changed vehicles due to the STRONG smell of marijuana that had been smoked in the vehicle previously. The vehicle that I got was soaking wet but definitely NOT clean. I could not see out of the side view mirrors and the spray they use inside was all over the front windshield. The mats were half vacuumed. Irequested XM radio as I always do, however it was not working for a few hours into the rental. I also noticed that this vehicle smelled like marijuana as well. Something needs to be done about this. Not everyone wants or can stand the smell of these drugs in a car that they are driving. I was TRULY disappointed with my rental experience.

First off I would say it would have been 5 stars but after leaving the lot and getting home to pick my family up my wife noticed BBQ sauce on the seat. She also noticed the car had not been vacuumed. Do to covid 19 we should take extra precautions and make sure we clean everything thoroughly.
