One of the worst worst worst worst.. service ever. We had rented a car Month ago for two days however, without notifying us they had taken 250 dollars out of my account and when I went to figure out the fact reason for why the money was being taken out, they indicated the car had small scratch on the front without providing the reliable proof they ended the conversation. I requested the manager to provide me the photo copy of the scratch, but he denied so we just let it go and all of a sudden after 1 and half months we received the bill of 3 thousand something dollar to be due by this month. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP US!! Now after 1 and half month they have send us the picture of front and back long scratch which was not there at the time of our return. It’s very noticeable now. We are not blind not to see those long marks then, but there were no marks then. PLEASE HELP US WITH SITUATION!!
