When I arrived i was informed the cheaper car I had reserved needed maintenance however they upgraded me to a sweet dodge charger. It's like booking an economy seat and being upgraded to first class. I did run into the issue of the vehicle smelling like smoke, I should've went back in to get it noted. Hopefully I don't get charged for it.

Good customer service. A high mpg vehicle at a decent price. I was surprised to notice that a fuel surcharge had been added to my bill, as I brought it back at the same level I took it out. They quickly refunded this when I called about it - evidently a decision that had been made by their check-in computer notepad. Automation...

Our 2021 jeep wrangler we rented was absolutely amazing. It was awesome on fuel cause we only had to put gas in it at exit 4 on 81S before the interchange onto I40 on our way to pigeon forge tn and didn't have to put gas in it until we left a week later and did alot of running around down there. We will definitely rent again from them

Good service, good price. I would have appreciated a car that gets a bit better gas mileage, given the challenge of climate change. Mine got around 35 mpg; I hope for 45-50 when I need to use a car for travel.

Friendly service, very helpful at Williamson Road location in Roanoke, VA. I have two negative comments. We needed a car for a one-way trip. The price we were quoted was good; however, they neglected to mention another fee for “Time and distance” which was almost as much as the rental price. The other negative is for our one-way trip home, we rented from Dulles airport, no “time and distance” charges. If you don’t have any type of flight, you are required to use a credit card (not a debit card), which we did not have. They wouldn’t take cash, either.
