We Care Auto Wash

I visited this location yesterday. It was the closest car wash to me. Upon arriving, there were no signs or service options on display. I proceeded to the “cashier” and asked a couple of questions. He couldn’t explain the differences between the 3 packages available...or should I say...he didn’t want to explain the differences between the 3 packages.nnHow can a customer know what package they want without the options and descriptions readily available? No sign, no menu, no prices...nothing!!! Just a rude gentleman who doesn’t want to explain the services available. I think at one point he told me that one of the packages comes with “light vacuuming.” What the hell does that mean?nnI would caution drivers before coming to this car wash. And if you do, make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for. This review is not a description of the services they provide, but only a review of the gentleman that was there. I would strongly advise the ownership of this location to hire a better employee to greet and help customers.

One of the best places to get your car washed and/or detailed in the DMV. After the first time my fiancee took my car here I have been going ever since. The inside of my car looks better than when I got it from the dealership!! The outside is so clean (hand washed and dried) and the shine on my tire and wheels last for days after a visit. They also take time and care with making sure your car is meticulously wiped done on the inside, pricing is definitely on point for the service. In addition the owner seems like a good manager and is always kind and respectful when we interact as well as with his employees.

Rushed Job & Rude. My car is heavily used by my family of young children so things get messy. I cleared the trash and brought it here to get cleaned. They missed the entire 3rd row as well as the front middle console, like absolutely did not clean it!? I mentioned this to the owner maybe manager who told me to look it over to make sure things were done, He was very rude before evening know the full issue, “stating his guys went above and beyond” as if Im complaining for no reason. His guys were clearly RUSHING to miss these two very important areas of my car (Model X) Don't recommend, I wish my experience was better, as they are very close to me but I will go elsewhere. Just keep driving if you want a proper detailing.

EDIT - Giving the business two additional stars, as compared to my initial review, because the owner called me to clarify the issue. He said he misunderstood my request and I have no reason to doubt him. They do a great job of cleaning cars so I might give them another chance in future.nn-------‐---------------------------------------------nnI am not in the habit of writing reviews unless I am totally wowed or completely put off by an experience. And generally it takes more than one mistake or one visit for me to come down harshly on a small business.nnIn March 2020, I went to We Care Auto Wash for the first time and my car, at the time, was less than two months old. My Civic Type R has no gas cap and as soon as the employee drove it in, he opened the gas compartment and sprayed it directly with a pressure washer. Luckily I was standing by and I requested him to close the gas compartment immediately. Still a bit worried, I went to Advance Auto Parts and spent another $8 to get a fuel system cleaner (just to be on the safe side).nnFast-forward to this morning! I got to the car wash 15 minutes before they opened. Once open, the owner approached me and I made the following two requests: not to use any sealant on my car (I use my own wax) and NOT TO OPEN THE GAS COMPARTMENT. The owner, with very little regard, rejected my first request saying their sealant helps with the drying. That was a rational response - paint protectants also help with water sheeting and beading - so I okayed it. But he outright refused to accommodate my second request. His reason? He said his employees are trained to repeat the same steps for each wash - meaning, they are trained to wash the gas compartment - and they will not accommodate any request that deviates from that routine.nnIn an incoherent mumble, he further said something to the effect that cap-less tanks have a flap that prevents water from entering the gas tank. Of course there is a flap but that does not mean it is absolutely safe for it to be sprayed directly with a pressure washer which, I assume, is 1500psi or more. How about doing a task as I want it done just like I pay the price you (the owner) ask for? You set the price for your service. Can I at least choose the service as it fits my needs or taste? Or is that too much to ask for?nnI hope the owner of the business takes this as constructive criticism so he can learn from it. Turning away the first customer is not the ideal way to start the day. Minus the gas compartment incident, I was very satisfied with their service the first time I went there which is why I went there again. But if the owner cannot entertain small requests, I'd wait for a warmer day and wash my car at home. I have all the equipment (pressure washer, leaf blower, vacuum cleaner, etc) at home. I was too lazy to wash my car on a freezing cold day.

Ut was excellent. I love how clean the pkace is. Ut makes me feel good .
