Absolutely fantastic customer service, quality work, and my car was finished earlier than expected! The bill was also less then I expected. I needed the right fender reinstalled and a headlight replaced in my Prius. After having a horrible experience at another shop recently, I was bracing for the same and was so pleasantly surprised! I will recommend K & G Auto Repair any chance I get! Thank you, Kostas to you and your team. True professionals...

After some thorough research for automotive shops near my work I decided on K&G Auto Repair & Detailing. It was close to work and my car needed attention ASAP. With a low tire pressure light on and some light steering wheel jerk, I knew it was time that I needed service. I was greeted on the phone by Sasha who was pleasant and polite, and able to get me scheduled in for the next day hassle free. I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride back to work, and I was able to pick up at the end of the day...alllll for a VERY reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend again and will be telling any and all co-workers about this establishment. Thanks again to Kosta, Sasha, and his very profrssional team at K&G! (**FYI they also offer detailing packages which may be a plus if your vehicle will be there for extensive work)

I can not say enough about the establishment. I was having trouble with a check engine light that randomly came on. I googled repair shops in my area and K & G Auto Repair and Detailing showed up.nnI contacted this shop inquiring about the problem and if they would would be able to help me with this issue. I was greeted on the phone by Sasha who was able to relay their availability and said they would be able to fit me in the next day.nnOnce I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Kostas (Owner) who said they would do a diagnostic on the vehicle and tell me the issue. They were very up front with pricing and did not steer me in the wrong direction or try to up sell me on any other services.nnAfter a thorough inspection Sasha called and said there was multiple misfires in the engine. They would order the parts and start as soon as they received them.nnI was back in my vehicle after a full day of work without any issues and more important, no check engine light. Thank you again K & G Auto Repair and Detailing for your amazing customer service and awesome experience.

I've been taking my Honda to Kostas for two years now and I extremely satisfied from his work. He and his team are very professional and the prices are unbeatable. I definitely recommend this place!

Kostas and his team did a full detail on our beloved Prius! Like many fellow Alexandrialites we've suffered through bad flooding (thanks junk Mayor!!!) and required big work including removing the full interior and carpet. Fair price and GREAT work from K & G!!!!
