Best place to get a car wash along Rt#1.
Sparkle car wash damaged my brand new truck. The truck is 8 days old and I brought it mid morning to wash the salt off from the recent snows. When you pick your vehicle up the door is open and so I never noticed the scratch the left on the trim on my drivers door. I drove the truck to the pentagon where it sat in the parking lot all day and then drove it home where it sat on the street in front of my house. This morning upon walking out to the truck I see the scratch. I go back to Sparkle to have a conversation with the owner to discuss repairs on the vehicle. The owner was immediately defensive and proceeded to tell me that he didn’t trust me and that I was lying. He yelled repeatedly and exclaimed that there was no possible way his crew of people and the mechanized car wash could’ve ever caused a scratch on my car. My wife and I have been using their services for years. It’s a real shame they didn’t take responsibility for this accident. They’ve lost loyal long term paying customers. Use at your own risk.
Something bad is happening here. Not enough employees/slow service. Two days in a row came here and it was 15 minutes before my cars entered the wash bay. And I was the first in line. It has the feel of a place that’s about to go under.
Super customer service. Car washes are top notch. No paint damage like I experienced with Mr Wash.
