They are already starting off on a bad foot. I'm here at the front desk waiting to pick up the rental. There is no one at the front desk. I call the number to let them know that I'm here and the guy tells me he will be here in 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES! Are you kidding me. I don't have 20 minutes to wait. I have somewhere to be. What is the point of making a reservation if I have to wait for you ud83euddd0.nnAlthough the guy was nice and fast checking me out I dont blame him I blame hertz. They need to hire another person. How on earth do the expect one person to run this branch.

Excellent customer service provided by branch manager Alex Picariello. We appreciated his call reminding us that the office closes at noon on Saturday (when we had scheduled a noon pickup) as well as his attention to our preferences in vehicles. Pay attention to the opening hours if you are patronizing this location, but service is great.

Alex was fantastic! We called just to ask a generic Hertz question, and he ended up going so above and beyond for us that we switched our reservation to his location. Very patient and willing to provide the best service for customers. If you have a rent a car in the dmv area - go to this Hertz & ask for Alex!!

Bad rating. I have a lying staff, and his name is Alex P. Whatever he said when you rent a car, record it. Because what he said earlier doesn't mean when you return the car. He cannot stand for what he said. Such a good lair. If i can report this dude, i will definitely report him badly.
