The staff were very helpful and friendly. The car was ready and there were health and safety measures in place and social distancing. I felt confident in the safety of the vehicle and the transaction. The car was great and did everything I needed it to. It was reasonably priced and made me think I want rent more often.

Enterprise-rental-car in Shirlington, VA has always provided excellent service especially in COVID times. I am confident the car is clean and disinfected for my use and comfort. They are my go to car rental agency.

Showed up at 504pm, was rudely told they closed at 5 so I couldn't get my car. Told me website says they close at 5. Now running over to DCA to get another car. I work in sales I do anything to help my clients. Sorry I was 4 minutes late. ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

Enterprise, especially at the Shirlington location, have been no help with my rental process from beginning to end. A guy placed additional insurance to my contract without my consent that I said I didn’t need. The payment was coming out of my personal account after explaining my insurance was covering my rental costs. That was a headache getting refunded!! In addition, I was never notified my limit for my rental was up and Enterprise was charging me daily for the rental after they had said and made sure I won’t go over my limit! I spoke with the manager(a female) and she did not help at all. It seems as though they do not care for their customers and do not listen to their customers needs. I was given a contract that I did not ask for and now are charging my account for dues I’m not responsible for!! They are failing at customer service!
