I rented a car while mine was being repaired. Not your fault, but I hated the car. Too large. Will never buy a Nissan. Bad car. On top of that, the directionals didn't work. Didn't realize it till a day before I turned it in. A bit sloppy, I would say.

Excellent customer service. I was sent to them by Geico and am definitely pleased. They picked me up from my job at the airport and brought me to pick up my rental. The whole process was so easy. The attention to the client was above and beyond. I totally recommend this place to anyone needing a rental. I am really very happy with how nice and attentive they were to me and my needs.

I reserved my car about month out from when I needed it. The day before an employee calls me to confirm the car and time of my pick up. The day of the rental, I arrive on time for pick up as I needed to be on the road by a certain time. I get to the location and am told they have no cars. I don’t understand this. You rent cars for a business. I’m told they are waiting for cars to be returned. Fine, but the day before you called and confirmed my arrival and the car type I needed. I did not receive a call that morning to tell me, “hi we actually don’t have your car or any cars”. At this point I’m furious. Why not call people with reservations and give them the heads up. That’s the least you could do. What made it worse was the nonchalant and cavalier response from the employees. A “not our problem” attitude/ “there’s nothing we can do”. There was no help trying to find me a car at another location nothing. I ended up calling Enterprise myself and the reservation center assisted me. I’ve never had such a horrible experience

The best Enterprise! All staff is very friendly and has a professional manner. Fast and easy check in and out process. New and clean cars with great varieties. I love this location.
