SHAME ON YOU. This location is closed, but somehow we were able to make a booking for a car today at this location through Travelocity. We went to pick up the car and were told that this location was closed. We called the nearest Enterprise to see if we could get a car there and they said they were all booked up and all other nearby locations were too. This trip had been planned way in advance...there was plenty of time for them to contact us and say that that location was closed and help us make a reservation elsewhere. My boyfriend hasn't seen his kids in over a year and this was his opportunity to surprise them, now the trip is cancelled and he won't be able to see his kids. Shame on you.

Location is wrong. Currently showing it's at the Sheraton building but it's on Duke street

THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. I booked car at this location. Was never informed about any changes. Location listed as open on both Enterprise website and Google. Got there early morning only to see a sign that said the location is closed. I called the other closest location which was 4 miles away. Then,nI called national offices to see if they'd do anything about the screw up. They offered me $10 discount on my rental to pay for an Uber. It would have cost about $20 (including tip) for an Uber to the new location. Enterprise flatly refused to do anything else. The national and local offices REFUSED to help. After years of being an Enterprise customer, I will never ever rent from this sorry excuse for a company again.

I'm not usually loyal to any rental car company, but that might change after the exceptional customer service I received at this Enterprise location. Becca is awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. When they didn't have the class of vehicle I reserved, she went out of her way to have an upgraded vehicle delivered from a nearby location. And she did all of this knowing that we wouldn't be able to complete the transaction until after the close of business.
