The customer service is outstanding. They give you first class service. I strongly recommend this location. They sent a courtesy van to pick me up from an auto shop. Upon returning the rental I was greeted with professionalism and great eye contact. This is my favorite Enterprise rental in the DMV.

Super friendly staff but...I paid extra for a luxury SUV for a long drive. When we arrived, they handed us a dirty car. (This is the THIRD TIME this has happened.) They apologized and took it away to clean it, but there went a half hour of our day. Two hours down the road, we discovered there was no HORN when someone started to merge into us. Eight hours later, we used the windshield washer about 4 times, then it ran out. That car had not been serviced at all. I called to complain, was told to leave a message and never heard back. We are trying Hertz next time.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful. I was immediately greeted each time, the doors were even held open for me. There were no issues, they even listened to my random rants & we were able to even joke with over another. Such a comfortable environment.

Enterprise car rental is an excellent rental company. I have used them multiple times during the last five months to do one-way rentals to/from DC to Chicago. During March to May, they were fast, courteous and reasonably priced. However, when I went again in August, they had added.a one-way ‘drop-off fee’ back to their one-way pricing that made them much less of a good deal. With that renewed fee, the total cost to rent is no longer competitive with flying. I either have to rent the car for the entire week, which I don’t need, or pay the high drop off fee. Sadly, that may make flying my best alternative in the future.
