Enterprise service seems to just be getting better and better! They brought the rental car to the repair place where I left my own car and picked it up there when my car was ready. I fell in love with the car they chose for me, which was obviously sanitized for protection against COVID. A great experience.

Customer service at both locations I contacted were great. Initially I was provided with a center near my home but I needed one near the auto shop. The CS helped me to contact the closer location and stayed with me until I made contact with the center I needed. He didn't need to do it. The CS and car turned out great.

STAY FAR AWAY! the worst customer service of any enterprise by far. They’re not helpful, and will overcharge for the littlest of things. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to speak with me after making me wait 20 minutes. I’ve already contacted corporate. This place needs to be shut down. The rude staff laughed at me on my way out.

HORRIBLE! Probably the worst experience with customer service in my life. Rented a car, it smelled like something crawled into it and died. I immediately got out of the car and asked to speak to the manager, “Jay”. He basically told me there’s nothing he can do and I have to take this specific car. I didn’t take the car and took pictures and filed a claim with corporate after they tried blaming me for the horrendous stench. Jay & his scamming crew should be fired!!

Service with Bruce and team was excellent! Good rate for the car. However, the car didn't seem clean and it had a rancid smell inside. I would recommend better cleaning in the future specially during this time. Nevertheless, I'll keep renting with them.
