Love bringing our toddler here! They have a toddler playground along with a larger playground right next to each other with a beautiful view of Potomac and in heart of old Town! ♥

Windmill Hill Park is situated along the river bank within a residential part of town. There is a great view of the river but there is something a little creepy about the place. When I say creepy I mean spooky. There's a little playground for the kids, which is nice but there's a tunnel there that gave me the willies.

Nice enough playground, but the place is a little overgrown and kinda seems forgotten by the parks dept.
