With the Corna the court was supposed to have let me know about the new court date but they didn't. I went to court on the orginal date and gave them my address and I was assured that I would receive a notice for the new date but of course they did not.. I guess the tax dollars are more important

Needed information regarding my property deed. Clerk said that since they are not open to the public (Covid-19), she would mail the document to me that I needed. Awesome.

Called to ask a question. Woman on the phone refuses to provide her name and talks to me like I am a dog because of a simple question. For whatever reason, Botetourt County cannot manage to get anything right. #typicalbotetourt

A clerk called me back today and went out of her way to help me set up an online account. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and actually waited on the phone while I accessed the site on my computer. Excellent customer service!

Woman who answered the phone was very rude when I asked a question about not receiving my marriage license. She acted like I was ridiculous and was inconveniencing her
