Hello readers! I honestly didn't have a bad experience but, I encountered some very sad sights. One, the goldfish had several dead one's in the area with alive one. Two, a lot of sick ones with parasites. The hamsters cage area was very dirty, with feces everywhere! The worker's were very friendly but this was a horrible experience. I also had let the worker know who gave us the goldfish, that there was dead fish in one of the tanks. She didn't say anything, or even bother to get them out! I recommend you never shop there. I hope this helps!

Kudos to this location. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with a product we bought and the manager Madisen(I think) was great. She took care of us with ease and care.

I recently adopted my dog from a friend and he needed special attention at the groomers and teeth cleaning. I was able to easily schedule his appointment online and the check-in to check-out experience was seamless! I felt that my little furry was in great hands and I loved how excited his groomer Victoria was when she shared with me how well he did and she loved having him and giving snuggles. Definitely will be back to see her again for his next appointment!

I can usually find what I need here, but the checkout line is always ridiculously long. I received an email for a discount if I ordered in the PetSmart app. I ordered for curbside pickup to avoid having to go inside.nnI didn’t see any designated parking spaces, so I parked in the closest available spot, clicked “I’m here” in the app and entered my vehicle details. It said they were getting my order. So I waited. And waited. And waited.nnI saw the small “Curbside Pickup” sign so I pulled in front of the store and waited. And waited. And waited.nnFinally parked, went inside, and they looked for and found it. I told them I waited outside for a while and the app said someone was coming, but no one ever did.nnTheir solution was for me to call the store. I told them that was what the app was for.nnTL;DR Don’t order curbside pickup and expect to actually have curbside pickup. Do expect an attitude from the staff when you inevitably have to go inside.

I was unable to find this location via google maps.nWARNING: If you are searching for Potomac Yard Petsmart, Google will recommend this location. However, the real location of that Petsmart is in Alexandria VA, and comes up as Banfield Pet Hospital.
