Returned after a 3-year absence for lower back disc and sciatic pain. Excellent therapy exercise training from Tanya, one of the experienced PTs at Cumberland Orthopedic & Spine, so that I could work to heal myself. Careful assessment before and after treatment documents significant improvement.
