Horrible and every year it’s worse. The website number just rings and rings and rings no answer . The phone number provided on the sheet no one ever answers you have to leave a message and then they never call you back promptly (that’s not even responding within 5 bus days) . Seriously who does bus like that Horrible service. No regards for the customer at all
The ladies that you speak with are always super sweet, polite and professional. They are easy to communicate with. They must be Republicans!
I had better not get another stating I didn't pay because found out, despite bad site, legit. Except sounds harrassing so!
Have been trying to reach out to these people for months to pay what I supposedly owe them for taxes. Every time that I call, the line is busy and there is no option for me to leave a voicemail. I have emailed them and sent messages on their website and have recieved zero responses so far. Very frustrating when I am trying to fix my own mistake and cannot get a response...
If I could give this company a 0 star I would. For the year of 2017 I was a student in high school and apparently still got taxed. Never got any notices or anything. Received an outrageous bill to that included late fees etc on my parents door for I haven’t lived in pa since July of 2017 after I graduated. Finally after the receptionist yelling and cursing at me Sick of dealing with these people I paid the money thinking I’d be done with them. Now they have got my new address in Virginia where I’ve lived since I graduated in 2017 trying to tax me for the year 2018.! I live in Virginia pay taxes including school taxes where I live. Tired of people trying to scam as much money out of me as they can. Yet when u call these people they NEVER answer their phones it goes straight to a recording saying they are busy and to call back at another time. I’ve called 40 times since 10am this morning and every time get the same recording. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
