V impressive selection of carpets and flooring (showroom near airport). Less than 2 weeks from start to finish. 3 rooms - 2 carpeted, 1 replaced flooring. Used another island company 12 yrs ago, will use Island Carpets from now on. Dr Frank Cook

Very quick and professional installation, at a good price too. Saved me money by suggesting a stock carpet, which is beautiful. I could not have asked for a better trade experience.

Nightmare experience. The workers hit an in ground oil line and then denied responsibility. The owner couldn't have cared less while his employees verbally insulted me with expletives in the soiled basement. My family is now displaced from our home until the toxic material test comes back to make sure our water is safe to drink, and the whole house reeks of oil. Not even an apology, and they kept all the money for the unused materials. You'd think most people would lend a hand cleaning up a mess they created, not island carpet. They blamed the whole thing on me, left their trash behind and drove off with a finger out the window. We are currently restricted from entering our home for at least a month.
