We hired Kenny Exteriors to do a rather large job for us with multiple components. We had old siding torn down off the house, new siding installed, new gutters installed, new custom window installed, and a chimney repair as well as some other repairs done to our flashing on our roof. I could not be happier with the work that was done. The crew always showed up when they were supposed to and were polite and courteous at all times. They cleaned up the job site every evening and kept things as neat as possible while they were working. We had one particular foreman do most of the siding work himself, and Fred's work was impeccable. My husband is in another area of construction for his own job so is quite picky with what is done and he could not find one thing to be dissatisfied with. We got several quotes for this job and Mike Kenny's quote was right in the same ballpark, very fair pricing. Another thing I always appreciated was dealing with Mike Kenny himself. He always returned phone calls or e mails quickly and checked in with us while the job was going or if any changes needed to be made. We would not hesitate to hire Kenny Exteriors again for anything and will be recommending them to all of our friends, family and neighbors! We will certainly be enjoying our beautiful home for many years to come!!
Our experience with Kenny Exteriors was great! We needed replacement windows and asked Mike Kenny for an estimate. We knew quality and care would be at the top of Mike's list when he put on boot covers before he came into our house to protect our floors! Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and responded to our questions and concerns with a window product we are very happy with and that fits our budget. The window installation team was incredibly professional and skilled. They were here on time and devoted careful time and effort to installing our new windows. We are especially pleased with how they look from the outside. Unlike the other windows we had installed by another company, Kenny Exteriors cut the outside frames to minimize seams for a streamlined look. When the installation was complete, you would never know workmen were here. The areas both inside and outside the house were clean and cared for. During the entire process Mike Kenny kept us informed and responded to our questions. I would highly recommend Kenny Exteriors, a great choice for quality work.
Mike and his crew did my house over after tornado back in 2011. His prices were fair and quality of workmanship was unbeatable. It has been about 4 years now since all of the work has been completed and no issues to speak of. Very professional service. I would highly recommend his business to anyone.
My wife and I were looking for a contractor to do a roof replacement and I contacted three local contractors in the Worcester area. We really appreciate his professionalism including his flexibility throughout the process as well as his crew, who were very responsible and made sure everything was taken cared of, ensuring a safe and quality work output. We highly recommend Mike and his team for a job that is very well done, most importantly, one whom you can trust and count on.
Kenny Exteriors did a fabulous job! The primary job was new siding, but the guys found and replaced a lot of rotten wood and moldy insulation. They also added a small portico for the front door and some other small improvements. The guys were very polite and worked well with me and my family. Clean-up was excellent, as opposed to some other contractors I've hired. I wish I would've found Kenny sooner and recommend whenever I get the chance.
