Worst salon experience I’ve ever had on Nantucket. I paid almost double what I was quoted and my hair was not what I had asked for or discussed with Lane previous to my appointment. Unfortunately, she refused to fix it unless I was willing to pay for a color correction. I just needed a toner and paid for someone else to do the job after several conversations where she was rude & unprofessional. The salon itself is really cute and the receptionist was a doll but everything else - one star.
Malena is the most amazing! My daughter and I had a manicure and pedicure. On top that she is bilingual is a talented and skilled manucurist and pedicurist. My feet were silky than ever. My daughther loved her french too. She recomended the product I needed the most. If you want to have a good experience you should come over. Julia the recepcionist was also super sweet, attentive. Service in general was amazing!
