I have been parking my car in this garage for more than 2 years. Today I decide to move into another garage which is 0.1mile far from this.nThere are 2 points that I am not satisfied with:n1. The construction steel is not painted very well and the roof/floor is not well water-proofed. When it is raining, my car will get rust marks on top and it's very hard to be cleaned.n2. The inspection of elevator expires the date more than ONE YEAR. There are several times the door don't close after I get into it. And I suffered huge vibration several times.

This place is ridiculous. I have been parking there for 3+ years, and suffering from rust water dropped from the roof and the out-of-date elevator. The manager of this garage is a joke, who is rude and mean. They always over-sale their space during the winter, and I sometimes work late and back to the garage at midnight. When there were no spaces available on 2nd-4th floor, I usually asked the staff for 1-day permission to park at the reserved space on 1st floor to avoid snow. However, the manager issued me a violation one day and closed my account for illegal parking (which was not) . He said the attendant who allow me to park on 1st is a new guy, so my parking is illegal even with his permission.
