From start to finish, the team of people that we worked with were very professional. They were knowledgeable, organized, timely, courteous, neat and delightful to work with. Lori, the owner, has a well run organization. From Rachel in the office, Carlo who organized our move with his team Connor, Brandon and Armando were all very professional, hard working, timely, neat and we hopefully they will be the ones to move us from Storage to NH when our new home is ready.

As a smart business person, is stealing $1 worth exchanging for an unfavorable review? I'll let you decide.nnOne of the moving crewmen Matt, just commandeered my change from me. Essentially stealing my money. The amount? 1 dollar. But the amount is not the issue; rather it's the cavalier attitude displayed by the crewman.nnI had a piece of furniture from Facebook Marketplace delivered to me by Town to Town Movers (arranged by their sister business, Woo Town Furniture for a fee paid by me). After making the agreed payment, Matt provided the change, short $1. I requested the full amount which he said he didn't have. I asked what the solution should be given that we agreed on a transaction at a certain amount. His response? He walked away from me and hastily drove off in the moving truck without providing my change. Indicating to me that he believed he had a right to keep the change. Whether it is $1 or $100, this can best be defined as stealing.nnTo ensure better business practices, the option left to me to consider is to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, not because I want or need the $1, but to highlight the importance of honesty with business practices.nnI won't even consider using this service again, if only for their lack of customer relations principles.
