We made an apt. For my parents.You have to make an appointment. This apt was for seniors only, it was not followed through. All age groups where going in the building. Make sure if you need your social security card it is not laminated they will not except it. I find this strange when your licence is laminated. We had to go back the next day. And have to go to SS office to get new card.

The registry has significantly improved in the recent years. They can accept card transactions for more services now, and have added more associates to help you get your paperwork right the first time, so you don't end up wasting your time. Recently I have been able to go in and out within an hour on a slow day off course. However some of them still need work on their customer service skills.

Quick and easy...had appointment for 8am was out by 820!
