Was approved for housing but 3/4 years ago Today. Received a Letter that wanted Updated Information and As soon I As I mail (ASAP after getting it In the Mail) 4 days later on a Friday morning I Get another letter Stating I’m Removed off the list because I didn’t send them the Updated application “In time”. I had 7 days from the due date and I Mailed that Letter in an INSTANT just to hear back FOUR days later that I’m removed. Haven’t heard from Human Resource or anyone Really. Left a few voicemails regarding the Issue and nothing. I really Needed this and The assistance. Now I can’t reapply for another YEAR and then if I do Get approved. Do you know how Long I’ll be waiting to even Get the Help I need? YEARS.nThese people don’t help Women of Color. They don’t help Hispanics they Just throw Your applications away Like you never Existed. .

I am a surviving victim I been on the waiting list I pray everyday for a letter or phone call.

Slow inefficient service during the pandemic. Does not check email and postal mail regularly. Tried to file complaints and got nowhere with my section 8 worker or thier boss. Also wouldn’t allow me to live with family/rent a room with reasonable accomodation. Never sent typical Information/materials to me after port in. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Our worker was very nice. Explained everything. He knew we had to come a long way and gave us the extra paperwork to do on the spot
