It was a horrible experience to drop off a book. The security officer was not very helpful. I just needed to stop being charge for a book. Worcester public Library needs to do better during this pandemic. All books that are return are in quarantine. It can takes weeks to have your account credit and not continue to get charged a late fee. ud83dude23
The Worcester Public Library is a fantastic resource for the greater Worcester community. We've been bringing our kids here for years (even though we have a local library that we also visit) and we're looking forward to seeing the renovations once completed.
It's a great place for adults and children. They have internet access, books, CDs, tapes, and movies. It's also great place to sit quietly and relax.
I got amazing help even with their work going on and covid. Just go online and make an appointment.
An amazing resource to the people of Worcester. I have frequented this particular library for many years & continue to find a plethora of books on all topics I find interesting. I especially love the revolving selected books at the entrance of the library for the times I didn't have much time to browse!
