First of all, I’ve never rated anything ever. I went to check hours, saw a negative review and felt obligated to set things straight. I’ve been going to this place for years. I wear a suit every day and always have suits and shirts cycling through. I also bring coats and comforters occasionally. They have never fallen below expectation in any way. They’ve never overcharged, missed a date, lost an item, or anything like that. As a regular they’ve let me pick up when I forgot my wallet, they’ve reattached buttons and made minor repairs free of charge, and have extended every imaginable courtesy. I encourage everyone to try them out and draw their own conclusions.

Horrible place. They burned my coat and said it was Fake. While their job is to clean it not to ask so many questions and is fake or not. They will lose soon. I gave a big complaint for them. They will see .....
Overpriced, unresponsive, and incompetent. I left a jacket there for a clean and zipper repair and was told to pick it up in a week. Two weeks later, the zipper replacement I requested still hadn't been done. Avoid this place.
