I have a Medicare Advantage Plan with Fallon Health and have had their insurance for years. They are always ready to help to get me the care I need. Love the customer service reps, they have really good doctors contracted and its a really easy insurance to use. I'd never consider any other insurance.

I just had to switch to Fallon because I aged out of my parents Blue Cross MA insurance. They are denying coverage on medicine I have been taking FOR YEARS for a GI condition. I paid 75$ out of pocket several weeks ago to get a few days worth of the medicine because my symptoms are so bad without the meds. I just gave birth 3 months ago and am very vulnerable to full out flares without this medication, but they have denied the prior authorization from my specialists office. My previous insurance never had a second of problem with this. Do not waste your time or money on this inhumane company which will jump at the opportunity to deny you Healthcare to make a profit.

Denied a much needed surgery. Stated that my PCP did not have any supporting documentation. However she was the one who referred me to the physician who would do the surgery. MY PCP has plenty of documentation to support. They are not doing a good job there, and not conducting the correct background supporting work, to initiate an approval.

I work for a major health care facility. I called to get auth for surgery for a patient. I was on hold for over a hour. We always have issue s with this particular insurance company.nI dred calling back. I took a pic of my hold time but cant upload it.

Been with Fallon 30 years, now with senior plan. You have to micro manage your bills. Aspen was the worst,sent me a bill after 1 year for $5000.00 because they didn't know how to bill Fallon. Said they sent me a bill monthly but no record.Got it down to $1200.00 and ran. I call all appointments to check or find my own Dr because Fallon Dr's have no clue who takes your insurance.nIf you understand how Fallon works,and email your Dr. things go smooth.nI manage my wife,me and daughters accounts. If you love your Dr this is not the plan for you,if your sick and will see anybody then this is great and cheaper and covers Worcester area.nJerry
