I'm not sure they even deserve the one star. This company was referred to me in 2015 and they were great when I first got in with them. The person I had originally dealt with left and things started going down hill from there. My rates more then doubled in the past year and when I asked them to get me other rates they came back with similar pricing. I then went and got a few quotes on my own and found out there was an accident on my record from 3 years ago that wasn't me(not their fault). I tried to reach out to my agent Michelle to find out how long I was being charged for this. Took several phone calls and voicemails to get her back on the phone after the original call. She said she was training and things had been hectic but said I wasn't being charged surcharges for that accident. I told her I wanted to cancel everything because I got a quote for almost a third of what I was paying through them (pretty sure I was paying a surcharge) and that took another month and another payment out of my account. Again, several calls and voicemails to get a response and again blames that on training someone.nnWas with them for more then 5 years but wish I would have left when I found out my original agent left. Terrible customer service.
