Was in an urgent need for a new dishwasher. i called Percy's and spoke with Jeremy. he took me through the entire process. extremely helpful. educated me on the options. offered me better pricing for a higher quality product. expedited the service. great service!! Amazing!!!!
We had an EXCELLENT purchasing experience at Percy's. We had a tragic ending for our dishwasher one Saturday and I immediately went online to see what we could do to replace it. Searching on Percy's website we were contacted through the online chat by Jerry Sullivan who was ready with information. Being the type of person who does not like to have ongoing purchasing conversations, I knew what I wanted and inquired with Jerry about the differences in the Bosch dishwashers that we were looking at. He was upfront and clear and offered to help. We made an appointment with him at 11:30 for 1:30 and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us the two models we were interested in, answered the additional questions we had. We completed our transaction and were in and out of the store in 1/2 hour. It was amazing! With the current pandemic no one wants to be places for too long and he was accurate and precise and had the information we needed ready. Will highly recommend Percy's to anyone moving forward. (PS I also picked out the rest of my new kitchen appliances, but my husband put an end to that very quickly - But, I'll be back!!!)
Was really impressed with the service at Percy's. Bought a fridge, washer, and dryer from them. They worked with us to find a fridge that would fit our kitchen, and found a year old model that met our needs. Asked us about our price range, people in the household, and needs. They did not try to push pricey or poor models on us. Upon inspection before delivery we were informed of a dent and offered a discount or a floor model fridge of the same kind. Delivery was smooth, and the staff who installed all the appliances taught us how to install the fridge hose (which had been forgotten). Full credit returned for not having the hose. Right from the start we were impressed with the honesty and care that the staff put into their work and helping us out. Prices were good, they were cheaper or equal to other stores we went to. Terrific first experience, we will certainly be going back for any other appliance needs!
Recently purchased a dishwasher. Rick provided us with detail information about the makes and models we were interested in. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. There was no pressure to buy. We made an informed decision to purchase. I had an issue with the installation which Percy’s was not responsible for but they were willing and gracious to help me resolve it. They have a first class operation and the personnel that make it such.
I consider myself to be a faithful and loyal Percy's customer, and have bought many appliances through out the years at Percy's.nWe recently replaced our 11 year old Bosch dishwasher. Jeremy was knowledgeable, helpful and did not pressure me into buying a higher priced model. He was able to find an exact duplicate of my current dishwasher in the color I wanted, with delivery scheduled within days. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and the customer service at Percy's. Once again, Percy's DOES NOT disappoint!
