Unprofessionalism at its finest. Name changing took me almost a year due to a great deal of incompetence and misinformation. Worcester residence deserve better! Staff should be re-trained and/or new staff should be hired that actually take pride in the work they do. I am presently having all my calls disconnected after two rings and during this pandemic I am left with no real options other than to continue calling. The department that handles name changes should be ashamed and/or audited for quality of service.
They are never around or answer their phones to help people it’s a big disgrace

Starting around November of 2019 I've called continuously only receiving 1 call back from this court out of calling only to leave a message because NOBODY can do something as simple as ANSWER A PHONE . All I need is a letter of appointment because my mom suddenly died on December 1, 2018. I need this letter due to my being her only child and she did not have a will. I'm trying to title, register and tag her car in my name here in Delaware. Losing my mom was hard enough, so I certainly don't need you people making it any harder than it already has been.
Good luck getting ahold these people.... Nobody does their job, nobody answers the phone.. pathetic...
