I decided to head to Goodnow Auto simply for its convenient location but I am so happy I ended up getting to work with Chris on my car purchase. He made the entire process so easy and he went way over and way above to ensure my car was road ready. I now have a go to guy I know I can trust for future service and purchases. I had an excellent experience buying a vehicle from Chris Goodnow. No pressure experience and Chris was amazing to work with. He is honest and fair and gave me a great price. Chris addressed all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond with a surprise delivery of the vehicle to my home several days before I planned to pick it up. The next time I need to buy a vehicle my first call will be Chris Goodnow.

My vehicle flooded about 5 months ago and I needed a new car immediately as I travel over 100 miles a day for work. A friend of mine referred me to Chris, so I gave him a call and explained to him the situation that I needed a new, reliable vehicle quickly that wasn't going to cost me a fortune. Chris was personable and eager to help and was able to find me a 1 owner 2015 Hyundai Sonata in great condition in less than a week. His service department took care of all maintenance (4 new tires, new brakes and battery) and he gave me an unbelievable deal on the car. Fast forward a few months and I absolutely love this vehicle and have had no issues so far. I've already recommended Chris and his service department (Eddy at service was fantastic) to a friend and will be taking my soon to be 16 year old son to see him for his first vehicle. Thanks again for going above and beyond, Chris!

I have purchased several vehicles from Chris. He is great to deal with and always stands by his vehicles. I appreciate his honesty and the fact that you deal with him directly. The service department is quick and reasonable. I would definitely purchase from Chris Goodnow Auto sales again.
