Only had a few appetizers but immediately fell in love! Fresh ingredients you can taste - enough said. Great, friendly service and lively atmosphere. Will definitely be back again!
I've been to Meze maybe a handful of times and I've only had great experiences there.They're always giving back to customers with a free drink(s) here and there. Every time I've met the owner (one of the few places where you actually get to see the owner) I can tell he genuinely cares about you having a good experience in his restaurant.
Ate there last night. Host had his mask around his chin, thought maybe he just did that so we could hear him as we checked in. Nope. Had it like that the whole time. He was shaking hands with and hugging others patrons while wearing his chin strap. The bartender also has his mask on his chin the whole time. Nose and mouth completely exposed while preparing drinks. Our waiter was a little better as at least he had his mask over his mouth, but alas not his nose.nWe won't be back, even after the pandemic, as they obviously don't care about health and safety.
Drove up from CT as it was listed as open, other ratings are great and the menu does too. Called and line is busy. Arrived to find a sign at the door they are closed until 2/21/21. Maybe leave an outgoing voice message as a courtesy in the future.
Covid review: When my partner and I went to pick up food here, we were frightened by how many people were in the restaurant during this time when case numbers are rapidly climbing. We're extremely disturbed by the amount of people not wearing masks in such a small place. The only person we saw wearing one was the man who gave us our food. Please be aware.
