Baba is by far the best sushi restaurant in the area. In fact, I can't think of any place that I've had better sushi. Wilson, the owner, has created a fun place where the sushi is innovative and of exceedingly high quality. He and his staff are always friendly and informative. The restaurant is perfect for business, a casual meal, or a special occasion.
We ordered three rolls and the vegetable tempura. I was super happy with the rolls, even though some of it was different from what I’m used to (ex. Lettuce in one of them), but it all tasted fresh and delicious! The vegetable tempura was not as great, usually restaurants give a good mix of yam and other vegetables, but this one was mainly broccoli, these were also scrap pieces of peppers fried in tempura batter which was confusing. The two pieces of asparagus tempura were nice though! Overall a good experience, the presentation was very nice for takeout!
This place is nothing short of amazing. Great atmosphere with top notch Sushi! The Hamachi Kama is so tasty too. Can’t go wrong spending some time and money here.
Absolutely the best sushi in Worcester. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Deliciousness, I dream of their sushi. The staff is very friendly. Tasty, tasty, tasty!!!
If rating for the sushi alone, i’d give a 5, however the past 3 times we ordered sushi to go, to be picked up at a specific time, we’ve ended up waiting at least a half hour for the sushi to be ready. This is sushi ordered multiple hours ahead of time, so I am having trouble seeing the reason behind the consistent wait times. We continue to give them chances because the sushi is so good, but I’m thinking this might be strike three...
