There is a lot of attention to detail here. The owner made both of my cocktails with care, and they were delicious. The menu looked really good too I was tempted to go for the sardines but didn't. I'll have to come back and try the food. The decor is nice and there is a lot to look at for a small place. Definitely a hidden gem in downtown Worcester.

The Muse is pretty good for booze. They have a great drink selection, and the staff working here are very nice. The food menu options and range is a bit skimpy, there's not a lot to pick from, especially if you have dietary restrictions and preferences. They're also surprisingly slow with the service, but once you finally have their attention, the quality of the ingredients they use is great. Would return here again, but most likely only for drinks.

We visited The Muse for the first time, stopping in for a snack before a show at The Hanover. With it's convenient location, directly across the street from the theater, we found a place that we will definitely frequent in the future. We had their humus plate, with housemade humus, sliced pear and cucumber, fresh pita bread and housemade pickled vegetables. The variety included pickled ginger, which paired nicely with the jalapeno, onion and carrots. The humus were excellent, and the serving was generous. The atmosphere offers a cool vibe, with the high antique tin ceiling, a comfortable bar and great lighting and music. The service was excellent, making every bit of the experience top quality. John, the owner, introduced himself and made us feel as though we were friends who had stopped in. We will definitely return, as there were many interesting options on the menu that we want to explore.
