Just bought my car here today. It was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Joshua went above and beyond. Theynare excellent to do business with. I wanted to keep the sale local and did. Keep up the great work.
I would say it’s fine to buy a car here but DO NOT service it. They don’t keep there word and charge and absurd amount for their work. The receptionist Allie will try to over quote you. Always ask.My quote went from 1350 to 700 and then even lower. Had I notnKnow about cars they would have charged me. Iv been a customer for over ten years and probably spent thousands of dollars just because they preach honesty. After working in the auto service industry for a decade this would be the dealer (out of 100s) that I would least recommend.
Purchased a car from Josh a few weeks ago. He made car shopping feel so easy! I found a car I was interested in on their website (found via kbb) and inquired via email. Josh got back to me super quickly and I test drove the car the next day. He helped me get a great deal on a car that I didn’t think would be in my budget. Josh took care of all of the paperwork for me and kept me in the loop. Everyone who worked there was friendly and easy to talk to.
As someone who has a customer service role at work I understand the challenges, and I have to say that Luke at Uxbridge Auto knows how to get things done. I just purchased a car from him and he went above and beyond just an hour before closing to get the car out of the showroom and we went on a 10 mile test drive...he wanted to make sure that we drove on every type of road, highway, side street, curvy back road, bumpy roads, he wanted there to be no surprises for me...on top of that he is very thorough, honest and knows how to make you feel comfortable and is NOT pushy. Hats off to Luke at Uxbridge Auto!
I've purchased 3 vehicles with Luke Latham. He's an excellent representative of Uxbridge Auto, but also a great person. I've stayed in touch with him over the years and he makes car buying an extremely peaceful and fun process. He's genuine about helping you find the right vehicle and not just making a sale.
