I picked up my medicines today and one was missing. I called back to question this and was told - oh thats right your Dr put in two orders, we couldn't fill the second one because your insurance doesn't cover it. I was like - what? Turns out they charged both my meds to the wrong insurer entirely - even the one they charged me for. How do you a. charge me for something billed out to the wrong insurer b. completely fail to tell me your not providing me the other medicine because that insurer wont cover it. Now I have to drive back there sick to fix this mess. Really? This is pharmacy 101 people.

This Walgreens location is wonderful. It is clean and the staff are friendly and polite. The hours are very good for this relatively small town. I have been a customer here since this location opened in 2010 (?) and have always received excellent service in the store and outstanding service in the pharmacy.

They can do better. Notifications and insurance approvals are sporatic. Insurance dictates!!

Arrived at 1155am to pick up prescription, not ready. Returned 2 hours later, not ready. Even though I was told both times it was ready. Poor service l, transferred prescription to CVS
