I've dealt with many businesses and people but I must say, the office manager, Tanya, is the BEST person I have ever dealt with. She treats her customers as people. She cares and will go the extra mile to help you and make sure you are happy with the services she provides. I have been a loyal customer with Extra Storage only because of her. You develop a friendship with Tanya. She doesn't make it seem like it's all business. You couldn't ask for a better person to run Extra Storage at the Ararat location!! Thank you Tanya!!

We highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Ararat St for our storage needs. If you need storage this is the place to go. The manager Tonya is very professional and knowledgeable and the facility is clean and nicely maintained.

I will never recommended this place to anyone.nI put my stuff there in August last year.nThat was a big mistake.nMost of my stuff got ruined from mice and water damage during the winter time.nI had my couch ,clothes, my mattress, other furniture filled with mice dropped and some other animal ripped my foot stool. On the weekends the gate is while open. I had mice dropped all over the floor.nWhen the movers came to move me they were chocked to see how much mice dropped on the floor.The only good thing i can said about this place was Virginia. She was very professional and nice.nThanksnMD

Tonya has made everything easy from the start. She explained how to set up unit when bringing in our things and it made me feel more at ease since we were changing to a smaller unit.nI am so glad I picked this Extra Storagenlocation.

Rented a unit short term while we were moving. Did everything online which was great but when it came to moving out everything went terribly. The payment for the next month of the unit (you pay ahead of time) was due on 10/28. We moved out on 10/30. I called to see if I could get a prorated rate for only being there for two days of the new month and to ask them how the move out process works. Didn’t hear back. Called again. Didn’t hear back. Was assessed a late payment fee. In an effort not to get charged more I paid the monthly fee AND the late fee. Reached out to corporate. They told me they would have the location contact me. They never did. Reached out to corporate again. Same thing happened. Finally after talking to the third person at corporate they told me the way you move out is removing the lock and leaving the door open. Would have been nice for one of the other two people I spoke to at corporate told me that. Or to have heard ANYTHING from the property. Corporate asked me if I wanted to hear from someone on property about a partial refund. Obviously I said yes. I STILL haven’t heard a word from the property. Today is 11/9. How is it possible that you’re this unresponsive???
