The town of Winthrop needs to get familiar with the United States Constitution. I live here and pay taxes. I have family that drove here for the holidays from Oregon. Despite them having my visitor parking permit WHICH I PAID FOR in the window of their car they have been ticketed twice.nnNO YOU CAN'T REQUIRE A VISITING CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES TO PAY TO PARK ON A PUBLIC STREET...nnYOUR TARGETING VEHICLES WITH OUT OF STATE PLATES TO MEET UNLAWFUL, ILLEGAL, AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL REVENUE GENERATING QUOTAS IS NOT ONLY A VIOLATION OF LAW IT IS MORALLY AND ETHICALLY REPUGNANT.
