This gym is great. I enjoy working out here. The workouts are challenging but are doable. The environment at the gym comes off as a community. Attending this gym inspired me to change my life and to get healthy and fit.

I love working out here. Wonderful people, intelligent coaches, and well thought out programming. The facility is huge and has all the equipment you could want to learn how to move.

I dropped in at this box twice while visiting family this past week. Great gym! Liz, the coach for both classes I attended was awesome! The work-outs were hard, but worth it. In the future, any time I’m in Worcester, I’ll be dropping in more.
