Just landed and needed to replace my wallet. Excited to see the Tumi location not far from my gate. Walked in, and to my amaze, not a single greeting, after trying three different wallets. I made my decision and attempted to ask a few questions.? My wife and I were greeted with four words, no I don’t think so. No engagement with regards to the product I was inquiring about. I have been a Tumi customer for more than 25 years and have been faithful to the Brand. We were traveling with two peices each and not even an appreciation or acknowledgement for our choices. Today made me question my loyalty, understanding everyone can have a bad day. The success of any brand is based on the engagement of the employees in the location. Maybe management will take this into account in the future. Based on the experience shared, I did not make the much needed purchase and will wait to return home as I reevaluate my loyalties.

Went to spend money to fill the emotional void left by not getting on a flight standby...employee was reading (which in general is good, better than tech), but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Ended up not buying anything.
