I had a wonderful experience. Sunnyside Motors staff sent me an email 3 times each week to provide a status update. They answered all my questions and facilitated all renegotiation with the Insurance company. The work on the car was exceptional. They will be my go to auto-body shop from now on. Great place, great service!!

I received a prompt estimate of the minimum that needed to be done. No attempt to pad. The work was done on time and looks great. There was a small increase in cost due to rusty bolts. This was not surprising due to the age of the truck.nnOn a recent occasion, my wife needed an emergency tire repair . Sunnyside rose to the occasion and gave excellent service,

we’ve had our F150 serviced at Sunnyside for the past 2-3 years. we’ve been very satisfied customers. fair prices and honest service technicians. They repair what needs to be repaired and don’t try to milk you for unnecessary work. would recommend them highlynnsorry have to downgrade and update my review. Charged $60 for a $16 no name brake hose. Also when I got my truck back, there was brake fluid all over the calipers. And They put the tires back in the wrong locations (different brands with different wear). Had to go back for a second trip for them to fix things. Sloppy job.nnsecond update: at the last job they told me I needed new rear brakes saying they felt like they were binding, but the pads looked fine to me when I pulled the wheels off at home. 6 months later the inner pads wore down to the metal. Turns out the caliper was sticking. I ended up replacing everything myself, but Sunnyside was correct with their diagnosis 6 months prior.

We don't usually buy cars from a dealership, however I don't think we will ever go back to private sales again. The service we are getting is blowing us away. Thank you! We appreciate everything you do. Both my husband and I love my Ford Edge.

Had a Great Experience here (although this dealership is a little on the older side compared to other Ford dealers). I bought my New Ranger here...got a good 0% interest deal during COVID. Jeff Tripp was my salesman. He painstakingly made sure all the accessories that I wanted were on the truck before delivery. No issues with the Finance Department, no games were played. I enjoy the truck, and believe it will last for years. If you’re in the market for a Ford car, or truck, I highly recommend Sunnyside Ford.
