I’ve eaten there on my travels a few times. The last time I tried, during this COVID stuff, the staff hung up on me when I declined take out vice room service. I get the rules have changed, but nobody should be so rude as to hang up on you. I didn’t know they were operating differently. Their web page showed them open. This is their business and they should not be rude. The food is okay, not bad, not stellar. I will choose other options when I stay at the hotel from now on.
Good location right in hotel lobby. Food was average tasting. Priced a little higher I'm assuming for convince. My husband got the fish and chips which was $20 and only came with two pieces of fish. I had the lobster Mac and cheese which had a good amount of lobster on it but pasta was overcooks. Staff was friendly.
Best chowdahnever. Even to go.
Disregard earlier posts. Despite these negative reviews and the fact there was a snowstorm and we didn't want to leave the hotel, we had dinner here. Our waitress Michelle, who was great, told us they have a new chef and a new menu. Everyone had a great meal and a great time.
A simple meal at the hotel was a good idea after a long day, so I asked for a pizza. What I got was a hard rock crust, burned pizza that I had to crack my way through and a very nice day sightseeing around Boston ended on a very disappointing note
