Cute little shopping plaza with great ocean view in the back. Only complaint was i needed a bathroom and it was a 30 min ordeal to get a key....I asked why it was locked during the day and was told to keep the homeless out....so everybody has to suffer....to keep a few homeless out? 3 stars...
On our recent trip to Hawaii my husband spent a good amount of time just exploring the Kailua-Kona area along Ali'i Drive. We spent a lot of time in and around the Kona Inn Shopping Village and found it to be a fun place.nnThere are a variety of shops selling everything from cheap, touristy trinkets to alohawear to art galleries. And of course there were coffee shops. How could there not be in the home of Kona coffee?nnThe only thing that I wasn't super crazy about was that the public restrooms at the shopping center were locked and you had to find a vendor with a key to get in.
My favorite place to shop. It is in need of repair but the store owners are so friendly. Found some awesome stuff here.
Cute shops but you can really see the damage that Covid has created. Lots of empty store fronts
Some really cute little shops. Alley geckos, Aloha toe rings, ABC store. The shops do however seem a little more run down then our first two visits. Could use some tlc. Hope we get to visit again.
